Harry, get a copy of the DSM, or look up under Personality Disorders (Cluster A, B & C)***. Watching Obama for 8 years, and Trump for 1/4 = of that time, it is clear to me that Obama ain't and trump is afflicted with the characteristics of one sick puppy.
