She's the hot tamale who replaced "B-1 Bob" Dornan in the 46th House district in SoCal. This was a BIG DEAL at the time because Orange County was becoming "less white" and less GOP and Sanchez proved it....although she didn't live in Orange County and shouldn't have been allowed to run for Dornan's seat. So anyway, Loretta did little for herself or her voters in her time in the House. But that didn't keep her from running for Boxer's Senate seat against the state's AG who claimed to be both black and indian. Here is Loretta's introduction to California voters as a Senate candidate:



Yep, she "dabbed" for some unknown reason (drunk?), which caused a few gasps but mostly deafening silence from the audience. Loretta then got SMOKED in the primary and has disappeared from sight.
