Nancy Reagan's passing raises an issue that is very relevant for this years Presidential race. Her husband, Ronald Reagan, was an amazingly remarkable man in 1980 America's economy was at least fifty times worse than it is today and he through the force of his spirit raised up America and healed her economy. The aspect of President Reagan's life that is relevant to today is that during his Presidency an assassination attempt was made on his life where he was actually shot. It's relevance is that if the unprecedented controversial candidate, Donald Trump, becomes President he almost certainly will get assassinated and it won't be from some mentally ill guy acting on his own it will be from some group of ordinary Americans that Donald Trump betrays and are seeking justice!

What I mean is this Donald Trump is running for President on a populist platform on a whole spectrum of issues Donald's position is determined by his attempt to align himself with major Republican voting blocs getting these voters votes is his singular focus. When Donald Trump becomes President he is going to the right thing on these issues which in many cases involves discarding his campaign positions. See there is two ways to look at these issues the country faces the "balancing concerns" perspective or the "ideological" perspective. The "balancing concerns" perspective involves considering the totality of the circumstances on a matter and consider all the principle, interest and any other concerns a person of conscience would consider relevant and you balance the competing concerns and choose the course which the concept of optimum goodness in the situation calls for. The "ideological" perspective involves identifying the ideal that political correctness calls for to be selected as governing on the issue and one chooses the course this ideal calls for to be selected. What one needs to remember is that the optimally virtuous person follows the "balancing concerns" perspective in deciding what is the right thing to do on an issue because by the very nature of the perspective it will give one the optimally good result. Donald Trump when it comes to making decisions that really matter on the issues not just rhetoric which is what a person like Donald Trump views elections to be all about he will choose the "balancing concerns" perspective because that is what an outstandingly good leader does which being such a leader is Donald's aspiration for it would be the aspiration of any virtuous person.

Utilizing the "balancing concerns" perspective produces drastic different policies on a whole slew of issues than the policies Donald has campaigned on. Take for instance immigration this perspective calls for the policy of legalizing most of the undocumented immigrants in the country because it is practically almost impossible to deport the number of undocumented people currently in America (it would be too expensive to create the resources to take these people into custody and deport them and these people have too many legitimate sympathizers for many of them have been good workers in the U.S. for many years) and the country is not going to stop the ongoing illegal immigration into the U.S. until the country has effective workplace enforcement of America's immigration laws and an effective deportation system both of which are broken by the sheer volume of illegal immigrants in the U.S.; Donald's Trump mass deportation policy is completely contrary to this policy. Take for instance fixing the harm on America from Obamacare, the "balancing concerns" perspective calls supporting the policy of an individual insurance mandate because it provides for a market based solution to how do we get health insurance for Americans with major health problems or a history of major health problems. If these Americans have to face individually underwritten health insurance plans their health insurance premium bill will be sky high and unaffordable but if these health-issue Americans can get community priced health insurance from plans with large pools of American with many healthy Americans in the pool they can get affordable health insurance; the only way to create these great pools is with the individual mandate which will force healthy Americans to buy health insurance to escape paying the mandate's fine. The government solution to this problem is a vastly inferior solution to a private sector solution because the government solution involves a program(s) that only offers health insurance for these health issue Americans where the government pays a huge portion of the program's health insurance carrier cost to health care providers to lower premium cost so the government is on the hook to raise the revenue an extremely difficult challenge for the amount of revenue involved.

One might ask okay I buy your logic that Donald will do a 180 on a whole spectrum of issues once he becomes President because doing such is following the right policy but how do you get to point that a bunch of Americans that supported him during the election over his now abandoned policy will join together and take steps to assassinate him over it. I ask those that would ask that question to ask themselves "how strong do a lot of these people that hold far-right ideology views hold those views?" I have followed closely the immigration debate in America for the last sixteen years where during this time the subject has raised to a top level issue of America's focus, and I can tell you that some of these "no break on deportation" Americans are as passionate as people come on an issue in part they view this issue as these people who are here illegally have caused outstanding harm to America they have taken jobs from Americans, they have weakened America by destroying America as a universally English language country and if legalized they will politically alter America by significantly increasing the power of Democrats. In regards to "no individual mandate" Americans many of them are super passionate about limited government it makes them rabid if the government tells them what to do on things they think the government has no business sticking their nose in. It is not a big jump to believe that these groups or other like passionate groups on other issues if they believe the President betrayed them if during the election season he was outright dishonest with them that is made a very serious commitment to them and did not intend to keep it they would be out for some very serious justice against him justice that would insure nothing like that happened again.

A group of Americans conspiring to kill the President because they believe he betrayed them you say this writer just has an over active imagination proffering such a concept it would never happen in America. It is not so far fetched many Americans living and deceased believe that is what transpired with the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in the 1960's. They believe it was a partnership between a collection of wealthy and politically powerful Americans protecting their class from the danger of communism and the Mafia. These powerful Americans had a lot at stake see communism then was like the radical Islamic threat of today an existential threat to the American way of life and communism back then was true communism there was no super rich families in China or Russia back then these Americans stood to lose big-time if communism took over the world. Back then the front line in the War on Communism was Vietnam and these Americans believed President Kennedy would retreat from that fight for doing so was the right thing to do because the Vietnam government back then was corrupt and it is wrong to prop up a corrupt government a lesson President Kennedy learned quite well with the Bay of Pigs campaign for Cuba; in short these American's believed President Kennedy betrayed and would betray the American people in the war against communism. The reason why this group partnered with the mafia is back then the mafia was super powerful they had their tentacles in the unions as well as in law enforcement, the courts and elected officials

across America so that the mafia could use their muscle in suppressing any campaign that pointed the finger at their partnership as being responsible for the assassination. The mafia joined the partnership because they had a score to settle with President Kennedy, the details have been well reported in the media but it goes something like this President Kennedy was in a really close race for the Presidency in one state and the mafia came to his aid by using their power in the Unions to get the Unions to come out in force in that state to make it a win for the President; President Kennedy had an indirect relationship with the Mafia because President Kennedy was really close friends with Frank Sinatra who had close personal relationships with many powerful mafia figures. Once John Kennedy becomes President he appoints his brother Bobby Attorney General and Bobby then conducts a campaign to get the mafia out of unions, Bobby conducts the campaign like it is an obsession and racks up a lot of convictions one headline being that of Jimmy Hoffa in any event the Mafia interpreted this Kennedy administration initiative as a very serious betrayal.

You might be thinking that if Donald Trump becomes President he would not be that dumb to turn his back on these groups who put him into office come on it would be like him committing suicide for him to renege on these policy commitments. But your forgetting it is King Kong size ego Donald Trump, the business mogul that wants to put his name on almost everything he owns that before this year was acting like America's King acting like he had the power to anoint a person the Republican nominee for President, Donald Trump once he becomes President will not be able to help himself on reneging on these policy commitments the allure of make great deals that scrap these campaign commitments will be too much for Donald Trump to resist. Why should all this stuff matter to the American voter? It should matter because such a sequence of events as told here which this writer foresees occurring upon Donald Trump being elected President if it does occur will hurt America it will hurt America as a country and its meaning for the American people. If this occurs there will be no white washing like the Kennedy Assassination the media is too expansive and the internet too powerful in distributing information

to allow this, America's history will then be that a group of Americans killed the President over a policy dispute, after a Trump Presidency people considering running for President will really need to ask themselves am I prepared to lose my life over this pursuit many will decide against running for this reason and the American will be the loser for the loss of these people's services. After a Trump Presidency disgruntled groups in America will consider it a legitimate consideration to ponder killing the President this reality is a weakening of our democracy. On a different but related consideration electing Donald Trump will make a mockery of America's election system it saps the integrity and trust out of the election process, it will mean that it is okay for Presidential candidates to be outright dishonest about their policy stances it will be okay for candidates to say whatever they need to say to get voters votes then once they get into the office they can do whatever they want it will solidify American voter apathy in America and there won't exist the fully good pressure on Presidents that exists today to honor their campaign promises this will be utmost bad for our democracy!
