Republicans are just liars, companies do not determine the price of their goods solely by the cost associated with their tax burden on their profits.

Things such as the market place determine prices for goods and services.

Prices for the same goods in the US cost different in different regions because of regional demands.

For instance raising taxes on some items may result in no raise in the cost of the good or service because any more raise in cost would drive away customers and push the product lower down the demand curve.

A place might go out of business if it raises costs to the customer, and so it might just be forced to eat the smaller profit and pay the tax.

And what about those businesses that run on very small margins?

And when you say raise tax on some items what tax do you mean exactly?

You need to read an econ book silly boy. You really have no clue what you're talking about.

And we expect people to make rational decisions on who/whom to vote for, when they have no idea how economics work? Man, we are in trouble as a country!
