RACIAL PROFILING; LAW PREVENTS IMMIGRATION ENFORCEMENT.

Illegal immigration is a crime subject to deportation but cannot be enforced because pro-illegal alien advocates has pass a law, racial profiling Hispanic looking people when businesses that are know to hire illegal aliens, that prevent them from being asked about their immigration status. Only until an illegal alien has committed a violent crime like murder and rape can he be asked his immigration status. Raiding businesses and asking Hispanic looking people to show proof they are in the country legally before they murder or rape will save American lives and children from rape. “An ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure.”Illegal aliens are not in the shadows. They are out in the open heckling and daring law enforcement and bragging about the illegal status because they know they have the protection of our government and ACLU unless they commit a violent crime.

Racial profiling should not be illegal when law enforcement is attempting to enforce immigration laws or apprehend a criminal. People dressed in Muslim garb make Juan William uncomfortable? ------------------

If the success of law enforcement is defined as identifying and taking action against violators, then racial profiling would allow officers to be more effective.

Clear Law
Enforcement for Criminal Alien Removal Act of 2003 (CLEAR Act; H.R. 2671) and
the Homeland Security Enhancement Act of 2003 (S. 1906) would enhance the role
of state and local officials
