Agreement on Presidential Debates Seen Soon By Steve Holland | September 16, 2004 WASHINGTON (Reuters) - With less than two weeks to go until the first scheduled debate, the campaigns of President Bush and Democrat John Kerry have yet to seal an agreement on the number and terms of presidential debates. http://www.boston.com/news/politics.../agreement_on_presidential_debates_seen_soon/ Frank Fahrenkopf, a co-chair of the Commission on Presidential Debates, which recommended three presidential debates and one vice presidential one, said on Thursday he was hopeful of an agreement soon. The Kerry campaign wants the recommended three debates but the Bush campaign would like to limit them to two. Is any one besides me a bit curious how an undecided voter is determined? If Bush declines that debate do you think it will hurt him?
