Your statement that it “contributed not charity since 2008” is totally false. Donald Trump stopped contributing to it in 2008, that does not mean other people stopped contributing or that the foundation didn’t use its funds. And there is zero evidence that it “all went to the Trumps”.

And while the gop senate, the gop house, the FBI and every news organization was finding nothing at the Clinton foundation a reporter named Farenhold (spelling) won the Pulitzer Prize for reporting on the criminal organization known as the Trump Foundation.

Trump Foundation never obtained the necessary certification to solicit money from the public during its nearly 30-year existence, an investigation by the state's attorney general's office has found. So as I wrote in post 3, the Trump Foundation should never have retained (reported its status as) a 501(c)(3) classification because, quite simply and from square one, it never was a legitimate charitable foundation.

Along with never having met the requirements for being a charitable foundation all the while masquerading as such, the Trump Foundation spent $258,000 of the money it collected to settle lawsuits that involved Donald's businesses -- an apparent violation of laws against “self-dealing,” laws which prohibit nonprofit leaders from using charity money to benefit themselves. When David Fahrenthold investigated the Trump foundation, the ONLY reporter to do so, which is why he won the Pulitzer, he found they had never been certified. That right there makes them a criminal organization. Trump didn't give it money. Remember when Trump said he like to spend "OPM"? You remember what that stands for? Other People's Money.
Because the Trump foundation spends other people's money paying off lawsuits, when Trump had to settle for Trump University, he was notified that he had to show, IN WRITING, where the money was coming from. They didn't want it to come from his illegal organization.
