    Since recess appointments seem to be becoming standard operating procedure, and especially with this do-nothing Congress, I hope to see a lot more coming from him.

    Pretty sure it's the Republican abuse of the filibuster that is stalling appointments.

    yes, I'm stalling Obama's appointments. The Koch Brothers pay me $100K per stalled appointment, but they don't know I made a separate deal with each Koch so I collect 200K per stalled appointment
