Detroit at this point would stand a better chance if they were an Iraqi or Syrian city in terms of getting some sort of help.

Meh, I don't think so. Obama will be remembered as receiving an awesome gift form the American voter, then letting us down to the max. However, Obama has failed miserably the black community and America in general.
