President Obama Approval Polls??

Two Republican governors were severely rebuked in the opinion polls, public outrage, and business disdain in only the last few days. Other states, such as Georgia, went into a rest-pause mode. Mostly, the recent midterm elections actually identified one or more Democrats, unable to name the President of the United States(?)! For the moment, "Completely oblivious" did not win, and "Completely Oblivious and Surprised" did not win. Clearly, policies of the Obama Administration have not been much in play, as issues, for about a year.

California is under drought restrictions. That finding is that middle and low income neighborhoods have already conserved. Los Angeles is using the same amount of water now as it did 40 years ago, with one million more people in the city. Rich neighborhoods--usually their own city municipalities--have fewer people, but use mega-times more water per capita. The "Moral and Cultural Isolation of The Rich," is what is faulted.

The "Moral and Cultural Isolation of the Rich," including of Democrats: ls likely more powerful an explanation of the both the midterms, and the surprise reactions to events in Indiana, Arkansas, and Georgia. The Rich have agenda all their own.
