President Assad takes oath of office for third term

During the ceremony around the begin of President Assad´s third term he took the oath of office and praised the Syrians for their stand against terrorism.
Declaring victory over the international plot he said that the countries which incite the violence in Syria, will "pay a high price for supporting terror." He added that he is
fighting a war against terrorism on the behalf of the entire world "which will sooner or later be subjected to similar terrorism." Mortar shells fired by terrorists on Damascus during
Mr. Assads 80-minute speech killed four people and injured thirty other, SANA reports.
