There is no obstruction of anything as it pertains to Russia and the election. The fix was in for the Hildebeast but fortunately enough people were not scared off by the "doom and gloom" prediction that no Trump voter should even bother wasting the time to cast a vote. the notion is that the president can not be charged with a crime in a court of law while president, because it could distract the president of his presidential duties.... (or is it cuz he can't go to jail?)

that theory has not been tested through the courts on constitutionality....

the argument is that the President would have to be impeached, and thrown out of office before he could be prosecuted for his crimes by the Justice system because it would be too distracting for the president, while president to go through a trial...
