Ryan Parsell, El Paso County’s chief deputy clerk and recorder, said his office incorrectly recorded Dear’s gender in October 2014, leading to the issuance of both a driver’s license and voter’s registration card erroneously identifying him as a woman.

So their recorder does both voting registration and driver's licenses?

You'd think the fact that he was listed as female on his driver's license might have caught his attention. Most hetero guys I know don't like to be called a woman in any venue.

Go and check your driver license see if you are listed as "stupid" if not get it corrected
