It's about time. Prohibition didn't work the first time around and it sure isn't working with marijuana.

I find myself in complete agreement with Angel Heart.
hell, it could be used as positive reinforcement to curb other crimes even. Each state could license and restrict its use to non-violent offendors who have no other drug convictions.
Don't let the feds know.
Think of the police and courts time and resources freed up so they can concentrate on real crimes. Oh, I don't and never have used, I haven't even used tobacco so there's no personal stake in it for me.

Maybe drug laws ARE a way for whites to control blacks and Hispanics.
