If there are sufficient legal doubts as to the validity of the election results in enough states to deprive Biden of 270 electoral votes, SCOTUS (or a lower court) could send the issue back to those states' legislatures for resolution. If they are deadlocked or otherwise unable to decide who won the election and neither candidate ended up with 270 electoral votes, it would be up to the House of Representatives, on a state-by-state basis, to elect the President. It happened in 1876 and could happen again.
