The poll results are understandable given the fact that the last time America was really humming was during Clinton's term.

What we didn't know at the time was that the various elements of the upcoming Meltdown were already in motion, including Clinton's signing of the Glass Steagall repeal.

I'd guess 98% of Americans couldn't tell you about that, or its ramifications.

Yes, in a time when the GOP has refused to aid the victims of one of the worst storms in our nations history, when even Republican governors are chastising the party leadership for heartlessness, Bill and Hillory are looking pretty good as people and as politicians.
