When you vote for a candidate, the electors are already identified.

You don’t get to change electors and their aliegience after the election

Trump can challenge the election and the electors. The GOP of the state can send different electors if it chooses. If it is as automatic as you say than why does the electoral votes go to congress to be voted on?

That is why congress is there, for this exact scenario. If it was a done deal right after the votes were count there would not be another Jan. 6th election of electors by congres
