Police State: New Jersey Bans Smiling In Driver's License Photos...

Not sure. He or she was an OWS poser for awhile there. And most of those wankers don't hold jobs. But now he or she's a fiercely loyal Big Brother Boot-Licker. So who knows? I seriously doubt he or she even knows what they really believe in and stand for. Just another confused bot i guess.

Why don't you ask me.

Oh but then that wouldn't fit your preconceived notion.

Well, you were an OWS poser there for awhile no? If i'm wrong, my bad. Regardless though, your Big Brother Boot-Licking act is pretty lame. Don't know how you can support this one.

I have no idea what an OWS poser is.

Wow I see nothing wrong with not smiling for ONE photo and that makes me a "Big Brother Boot-Licking act "?

Damn dude, your paranoia has fucked you up.

At the risk of being snubbed again, I'll ask this question (notice I responded to your direct question) why don't you move out of New Jersey?

Yes, what's the big deal? That's all you Goose Steppers ever have to offer. Well it is a big deal. If Big brother can demand no smiling, what else can he demand? So see, this small 'trivial' deal is actually a big deal in the long run.

At no point did I ask that question.

That's your strawman question and you're even dodging it.

You're not Big Brother there numbnuts. You don't get to mandate i do anything. You're merely a tiny-brained Big Brother-worshipping peon. You're insignificant.

I never tried to mandate anything to you.

But don't let the facts destroy your paranoid delusions.

The Government is mandating you not smile, if you want to drive. What are you not getting Dummy?

I get it. You're a paranoid individual that thinks not smiling is humiliating and that the goose steppers are coming to get you.

You have made yourself perfectly clear on that.

I must warn you, they monitor computers too. You might want to get rid of yours before they learn all your secrets.

It's not paranoia, they're doing it Dummy.

Denying it doesn't help.

Not smiling is very humiliating.

Do you know how stupid that sounds?

And if you can't spell "bullshit" properly use another adjective.

I've never had to grovel or thank anyone for my driving priviliges. I simply took the test paid for my license and that was pretty much it.

And technically yes the government does have some ownership in the roads, well the ones that actually pay thier taxes anyhow. So the roads belong to all of us whether we are in government or not.

What hes saying the government telling you when and where you can smile is humilating dick breath.:eusa_shhh:

Hey look we already know your intellectual capacity is limited to hurling insults. No need to beat a dead horse.

Ok convict.

I think he just called you an Occupy Wall Street type...

you can't smile for passports either... it's no big deal. and it's because no one is smiling when you pull them over or they're going through airport security.i'm amazed at what passes for important to some people.

And therein lies your problem. You don't see anything wrong with Government mandating no smiling on their stupid License photo. You should see everything is wrong with that absurdity.

Right, it's always "What's the big Deal?" with you Goose Steppers. You're the reason why we're losing our Freedoms.

Prove driving is a constitutional right.

And your insults are well rather weak. You might want to work on that.

You're correct, driving is not a right. The government has every right to grant or revoke the privilege of using public roads, as they see fit. If you don't have a license, and want to drive on your own land, go for it. Most farm kids learn to drive when they're about 12.

Voting is a constitutional right. Funny how so many right wingers are demanding that every person have a government issued photo id to exercise that right. That stops me from wanting to smile for the camera.

If an ID ensures a fair election, why would you be against it?

I mean you already have an ID if you have a DL.

You need ID for just about everything else in this country and I dont hear you liberals whing about it.

If it ensured a fair election, I'd support it. Right now, the facts show that in-person voter fraud is not a problem (absentee ballot fraud is, and doesn't require a photo id). The facts also show that hundreds of thousands of legitimate voters will be disenfranchised by many of these photo id voter laws that Republicans want to enact.

My conclusion is the photo id to vote laws being considered, passed, or fought in the courts, will make elections less fair, so I'm against it.

Oh well he can call me that if it makes him feel better.

I wish he could meet the REAL Ron Paul someday. If he's ever in Texas he should look me up and I'll introduce him to Ron.

Although we're no longer allowed to talk politics at family functions, he's still quite a character.

The advance of technology is making this kind of stuff inevitable. Ever see Minority Report? That is our future (without the pre-cogs, of course)

Nah, the software will improve enough to let us smile for camera.

So you should only be able to smile if Big Brother lets you? Man, do you know how shockingly stupid that sounds?

I don't have to like it, but if that's a requirement for operating a motor vehicle in public space, I'll live with it. Not smiling for a license renewal will be much less of a pain in the ass than sitting in a queue for 2 hours, at a dank MVA office. I mean, who the fuck feels happy enough to smile when dealing with bureaucrats and waiting, usually during your own working hours?

If you don't want to do it, just convert to Islam and get a sex change. Or you could become Amish, and throw out your TV, phone, AC, computer, and car.

So apathetic and defeated. You've become a good Big Brother slave. So obedient. It's sad.

is that clear Paulbot?

Driving is not a right. I know you hate hearing it, but it's the truth.
Driving IS a Right. Gov't putting licensing requirements or fees on it makes it a Privilege.

You have a Constitutional right to "travel" throughout the country and that includes traveling on America's roads and highways which your tax dollars paid for.

Lonestar_Limpdick likes to portray himself as a "Rebel" but in fact he's more like a wimpy, effeminate, metrosexual slave.

Yes, many Socialists/Progressives like playing the role of 'Rebel.' That's very common. But if you pay close attention, you quickly realize they're full of shite. The very nature and function of a Socialist/Progressive, is to be loyal to the State. Most of them don't even realize that though. But issues like this always expose them for what they really are. Mere Authority/Government Worshippers.
Back it up here Bubba Louie...I think you got this one wrong....Button it for a minute and pay attention, you might learn something.

First of all it's not your license, it's the state's license...Think computer software....You don't buy the software itself, but you are licensed by, say, Microsoft to use it only in certain ways, including affixing the license sticker onto your computer to show any given authority that the OS on your system is authentic and not pirated.

Now, why do you need a driver license?...In order to operate motor vehicles that have been titled and registered under the legal jurisdiction of the state....Therefore the state makes the rules of the road, up to and including how their driver licenses will be configured.

You gave away your liberty a loooooong time ago, dude....Little sense in bitching about it now.
