Police State: New Jersey Bans Smiling In Driver's License Photos...

If New Jersey wants this law let them....Hey Pauliticain this is how this country is formed....What is unconstitutional about this? I wouldn't live there....

This absurdity does not resemble anything our nation was founded on. In fact, it resembles the exact opposite.

Tell me oh follower of the Paul and all his works how is this law unconstitutional????

It's very Un-American. And you don't have to be a Constitutional Scholar to see that. These photos are mere Government-forced mugshots. And guess what? You get the wonderful 'privilege' of paying for them too. But hey, driving is a 'privilege', and all that other Big Brother Bullshite.

Do you know what makes this so funny dude????? Cause not only are you wrong but even Paul who we all know I think is a lying piece of shit would tell you the same....Why????? Cause we are the united STATES of America....States have the RIGHT to pass laws that do not conflict with the constitution.....Now How is this law unconstitutional????Remember we do have a 10th amendment.

This has nothing to do with the DMV. This is all Police stuff. They're forcing Citizens to sit and take their mugshots. We're all criminals now. Police States sure are fun, ay?

Yes it has everything to do with the DMV. That's the topic of this thread and that's what I'm debating.

You idiots are trying to make it more than what it is.

Are you now saying a DMV photo is akin to a mugshot?

If you are then that's been a policy for quite some time.

So why have an issue with it now?

"So what's the big Deal?" Sadly, that has become the standard programmed Goose Stepper response to every Big Brother offense. It's exactly the response Big Brother counts on.

Nice way to dodge the questions.

If you can't answer them honestly just say so and skip the paranoid commentary.

Your anger is being directed in the wrong direction. You should be angry at Big Brother for forcing another Un-American humiliation on you. You know, you don't have to grovel and thank Big Brother for such humiliations. You can actually speak up. If he can take your right to smile away, what else can he take away? You really should think about that a bit more.

No, "So what's the big Deal" has become the standard Goose Stepper response to everything. Maybe you guys should think things are a big deal more often? Then Big Brother wouldn't feel so emboldened to take our Freedom & Liberty away. Just a suggestion anyway.

Still dodging the questions I asked.

I noticed how you conveniently left the questions I posed out of the quote.

Yes, being forced by Government to not smile, is very Un-American and humiliating. Hopefully one day you'll take the Red Pill and see things differently. I really do hope so.

No one is forcing anyone not to smile.

If you want a Drivers license in that state then that is part of the requirement and the explanation is, in my opinion logical and within reason.

So you're wanting us to take a pill? If it makes a person as paranoid as yourself, I hope they pass on the red pill.

Driving is not a right. I know you hate hearing it, but it's the truth.

Yes i know, driving is a 'Privilege', therefore you should accept any humiliation Big Brother forces on you. I've heard that Big Brother spiel before. Driving is not a 'Privilege.' That's just ridiculous Big Brother Bullshite. We don't have to grovel and thank Big Brother for allowing us to drive on roads we the Taxpayers own. The roads don't belong to Government. They belong to us. So if i want to smile on their stupid license photo, fuck em, i will. Who are they to tell me otherwise?

Driving IS a Right. Gov't putting licensing requirements or fees on it makes it a Privilege.

You have a Constitutional right to "travel" throughout the country and that includes traveling on America's roads and highways which your tax dollars paid for.

Lonestar_Limpdick likes to portray himself as a "Rebel" but in fact he's more like a wimpy, effeminate, metrosexual slave.

Yes, many Socialists/Progressives like playing the role of 'Rebel.' That's very common. But if you pay close attention, you quickly realize they're full of shite. The very nature and function of a Socialist/Progressive, is to be loyal to the State. Most of them don't even realize that though. But issues like this always expose them for what they really are. Mere Authority/Government Worshippers.

Not smiling is very humiliating.

Do you know how stupid that sounds?

And if you can't spell "bullshit" properly use another adjective.

I've never had to grovel or thank anyone for my driving priviliges. I simply took the test paid for my license and that was pretty much it.

And technically yes the government does have some ownership in the roads, well the ones that actually pay thier taxes anyhow. So the roads belong to all of us whether we are in government or not.

Prove driving is a constitutional right.

And your insults are well rather weak. You might want to work on that.

Saw "Police State" title.

Where exactly did the "Police" come into this? They dont work for or run the DMV. They didn't invent the software or purchase it. And they sure as hell dont enforce the no-smiling rule.

Hmmm. Oh well, just blame cops for everything.

Hey!!! POLICE STATE NFL!!! The Packers are losing to the Seahawks...obviously the Seattle Highway Patrol delayed Green Bay's trip to the stadium and prevented them from gameplanning because they want all that NFL revenue to go to a liberal haven like Seattle rather than a blue collar and beer town like Green Bay.

"Police" in police state has nothing to do with cops you fucking dumb ass, or did you just need to meet your whining quota for today?

You're correct, driving is not a right. The government has every right to grant or revoke the privilege of using public roads, as they see fit. If you don't have a license, and want to drive on your own land, go for it. Most farm kids learn to drive when they're about 12.

Voting is a constitutional right. Funny how so many right wingers are demanding that every person have a government issued photo id to exercise that right. That stops me from wanting to smile for the camera.

If an ID ensures a fair election, why would you be against it?

I mean you already have an ID if you have a DL.

You need ID for just about everything else in this country and I dont hear you liberals whing about it.

It is a humiliation. It's shocking too. And fuck em and their 'Privilege' nonsense. The roads belong to us, not Big Brother. Thank them for allowing us to drive on roads we the Taxpayers own? That's utterly absurd. So who the Hell do these Government assholes think they are when they tell you can no longer smile on their stupid License photo?
