I'm still wondering why the Western Europeans are more keen on sanctions upon Russia, and especially Hungary, and Poland, rather than upon Israel.
Hungary, and Poland haven't done much wrong in comparison to Israel shooting into crowds, and it's inhumane buffer zone with armed guards who shoot at Palestinians, then there's Israel's jailing of African refugees.
As for Russia, it's striking in Syria, just like Israel has. (Might be one offense for both sides)
But, ultimately the sanctions upon Russia come from invading a Russian majority territory of Crimea, as opposed to Israel since 1948 oppressing, and still stealing from Palestinian majority lands.

Poland has vowed to protect Hungary against EU sanctions, one day after the Polish president belittled Europe in a speech.
"Poland will vote against any sanctions on Hungary in the forum of European institutions," the Polish foreign ministry said in a statement on Wednesday (12 September).
"Every EU member state has the sovereign right to implement internal reforms that it considers to be right," it added.
The statement comes after the European Commission last year launched the same punitive procedure against Poland for the same reasons.
