Nearly two years after the Supreme Court overturned the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision guaranteeing a national right to abortion, a majority of Americans continue to express support for abortion access.

About six-in-ten (63%) say abortion should be legal in all or most cases. This share has grown 4 percentage points since 2021 – the year prior to the 2022 decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization that overturned Roe.

The new Pew Research Center survey, conducted April 8-14, 2024, among 8,709 adults, surfaces ongoing – and often partisan – divides over abortion attitudes:

For ReNaziKlans who do NOT believe abortion will be on the ballot, What ReNaziKlans need to remember that Women are registering to vote in huge numbers.

Women have just as much a right to Dominion over their bodies as Men do. Women have the same right to determine what medical procedures they want and medications they can take as Men. You people righteously and royally fucked up this time, live with it

Americans tend to not like their rights revoked... especially constitutional rights.

So?

It’s a state issue.

I don’t happen to agree with that legal determination. But for now, it is what it is.

Go cry elsewhere.

Abortion is not a federal issue so its not banned. But the left keeps lying about it.

If you base a poll on "would you support legal (whatever), the ignorant and uninformed public would probably say yes. If the poll asked if Americans would support the killing of full term infants seconds and inches from a freaking life in the greatest Country in the world the answer would probably be different.

It is in half of the states, it seems.

Once again: more than 60% of the population want regulated abortion, generally not limited with in the first semester.

And viable infants are not killed seconds and inches from birth.

It was.

States couldn't do shit to ban abortion.

SCOTUS revoked a constitutional right.

Now states can ban abortion.

Now it isn't.

Right?

What do you mean it was ? It wasn't for 200 years.

States did outlaw abortion and most did in 1973. Only five allowe it.

So It wasn't for 200 years.

Blackmunn and his jerk-offs created a right to privacy.

Current SCOTUS says NO.

Now it isn't.

Back to where we were.....for 200 years.

Especially not the SCOTUS. Laws are not a popularity contest.
