In a just world Obama would be facing manslaughter charges for the "Operation Fast/Furious abomination where one of the illegal weapons shipped to Mexican drug cartels ended up killing a Border Patrol Officer. Obama's A/G Eric Holder refused to turn over documents related to Fast/Furious and cited for contempt. The "justice dept" ruled in 2012 that he would not be charged.
