Pete is, who he is, an inveterate gambler. He just opened a sportsbar on the strip here in Vegas with partners. 15 years ago when I played the horses out of a local sportsbook (Santa Fe Casino), many a weekend Pete and his posse used to descend for an afternoon of gambling. At that time he avoided the larger sportsbooks on the strip, as the locals would leave him alone to do his thing.
