It sounds like someone who wants the issue to go away as quickly as possible. Biden wants to make a big deal on Sept 11th for pulling our troops out of Afghanistan, and he wants all the the negatives dismissed and denied. I think he's going to brag about it for months on end, all the way to Nov 2022. And probably after that.
