Pardon Flynn...Appoint Him Director of FBI

Let's see how many of those criminals involved in Operation Crossfire Hurricane Razor start quaking in their cowardly boots!
"To declare that in the administration of criminal law the end justifies the means to declare that the Government may commit crimes in order to secure conviction of a private criminal would bring terrible retribution."
-Justice Louis Brandis writing for the dissent in Olmsted v. United States 1927
No pardon needed, let him sue all the agents involved for 100,000,000 so that all of these fuckers end up homeless

Evidence gathered during the commission of a crime is not admissable. I think I'm right about that. Cummy, strock, his lover, the clap, brennan, mcabe have all lied to congress. Tie all their criminal conduct to Flynn's perjury trap and Flynn will be exonerated. Then put him in charge of the FBI. We need a someone with a fucking attitude in that spot. Marxist heads will explode..... which is the main reason to do it.

Another brilliant idea from Trumpist deadheads.

Yeah let us put a felonious unreliable corrupt Russian stooge in charge of the FBI. That sounds like Trumpist idiocy..

Trumpism is just another word for lunacy.
Your proof of this slanderous accusation?
1. Flynn pleaded guilty to a felony.

2. Flynn lied about his discussions with Sergei Kislyak.

3. Flynn is known to have an affinity for the Russians and Putin in particular.

In other words, in Trumplandia the perfect person to hand over sensitive US intelligence to.
Did you even read the link you posted?
1. Flynn was perjury trapped by the FBI. What Flynn "lied about" was perfectly legal and was part of his position.
2. Flynn's "lie" was (see below) Why did he lie? That was stupid, but not a serious lie, its ticky-tack at best.
3. There is no "Russian" anything about Flynn, it was his job to talk to Russians.
4. He failed to register as a lobbyist for Turkey, that's a fine, not a prison term.
  • Flynn told the FBI that in his conversations with Kislyak during the presidential transition, he did not attempt to influence Russia's vote on a UN Security Council resolution concerning Israeli settlements. He admitted in his charging document in Mueller's case that a senior member of the Trump transition team directed him to contact Kislyak to learn where Russia stood and urge them to vote against the resolution.
  • Flynn also told the FBI that he did not ask Kislyak to refrain from escalating tensions in response to steps taken by Barack Obama over Moscow's election meddling, which included expelling alleged Russian spies and closing two Russian diplomatic compounds in the U.S. Flynn later admitted that, acting on behalf of a senior member of Trump's transition team, he contacted Kislyak to ask that Russia show restraint. Vladimir Putin ultimately elected not to escalate the situation, a move Trump called "very smart."
No, Flynn wasnt "set up".
The investigator having a coherent interrogation strategy does not equal "being set up."
  1. Flynn opted to lie to the FBI.
  2. Flynn went to court.
  3. Flynn plead guilty.
  4. Flynn was placed under oath.
  5. Flynn told the judge he knowingly lied to the FBI.
Lawyers say FBI's tactics towords Flynn were routine.
new Michael Flynn documents aren’t the bombshell Trump is making them out to be.

No federal prosecutor or member of federal law enforcement of any standing whatsoever (apart from Trump appointees) believes that even a single error was made in the Flynn case or that Flynn got anything but a sweetheart deal.
As the article states, the questioning tactics were routine and standard FBI procedure. Flynn knew the laws, and still chose to break them.
Trump didn’t really even like Flynn and was unhappy with him as NSA. Trump just wants to keep Flynn quiet about the uncharged crimes that Flynn got away with thanks to his very generous plea deal.

Why The Latest Flynn Entrapment Claims Are As Bogus As The Last Ones
1. What was Flynn's "crime" that warranted an FBI investigation? zero/none/nada (unless you count not registering as a lobbyist for Turkey, a US ally, not a felony or serious crime. its a fine when democrats do it)
"For certain offenses involving the failure to properly label informational materials, provide adequate disclosure to Congress or a federal agency, or correct deficiencies in registrations, or entering into a contingent fee arrangement, the punishment shall be a fine of not more than $5,000 or imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or both. See 22 U.S.C. § 618(a). "
2. Flynn plead guilty to protect his son. Was what he lied about a crime? Not even close
3. The FBI was sent to the WH to set Flynn up, Comey said as much, as do the new documents
4. We'll see what the judge says about the Flynn case.

Your post has nothing to do with the link? Gregg Jarrett says that Flynn should sue the FBI for their crimes, and obtain his exoneration in the process.
Flynn committed no crime and was viciously attacked by the FBI.
Flynn would be the good cop replacing Wray at the FBI.

instead of being in jail, Acerbic Andrew McCabe is a contributor to CNN

i dont know what's worse: being in jail, or working for CNN!

Wow
Would he ever know rouge dealers and how to keep them out to begin with

Republicans demanding testimony.

Hilarious.

The new evidence is NOT exculpatory. Does anyone care what that word even means?

The new evidence indicates that Flynn was unfairly targeted and induced to lie through a "perjury trap."

But HE DID BREAK THE LAW AND HE DID LIE ABOUT IT. None of the new evidence contradicts those two facts, or the fact that he and his son failed to register as foreign agents, as required by law.

Was it a bullshit case? Yes. Did the FBI act abominably? Yes. Should some of those agents be fired or prosecuted for law-breaking? Yes.

But none of this is "exculpatory."

People hve short memories.

Who in the FBI, did Flynn lie to? The original agents who handled the case reported to Comey
that Flynn was not lying. Was it to Mueller's team when they were searching, hunting, praying for anything
that resembled a lie?

The Democratic bullshit conspiracy is all coming out now!

The judge should have already dismissed the case.

Absogoddamnloutly!

Dismissed why? Flynn lied. Nothing changes that.

Or that the judge is a deep state thug appointed by Slick Willy.
