The Daily News snapped photos of Occupy Wall Street nut case Nkrumah Tinsley, 29, prancing around after the movement coughed up $7,500 for his bail, his lawyer, Pierre Sussman said.
“It’s ridiculous that this guy is back on the street,” said City Councilman Peter Vallone Jr. (D-Queens), head of the public safety committee.
“For someone with a strong case against him and deep pockets behind him, bail should have been set higher. Now we’re all placed at risk.”
Tinsley was busted after a YouTube video of him claiming he would torch the city during a mass protest last Thursday went viral.
“On the 17th [of Nov.], we’re going to burn New York City to the f—ing ground,” he said during the rant. “In a few days, you’re going to see what a Molotov cocktail can do to Macy’s.”

was he seated when he used terrorist threats ?

it is just passive demonstration

cops need to be fired and imprisoned for arresting him

Wrong. Shouting "fire" in a crowded theater is not free speech. He created public alarm and cost the city a boatload of money. And he's back with "his people". Whether he meant it or not, he destroyed his own future. Can't blame Wall Street for that.

If the guys said

“On the 17th [of Nov.], we’re going to burn New York City to the f—ing ground. In a few days, you’re going to see what a Molotov cocktail can do to Macy’s.”

He was stupid.

First because burning MACY's serves no purpose whatever.

Second because Macy's is innocent.

Third because threatening arson is a crime.

Do we really have to keep reviewing that violence is intimately entwined with Leftism??

1. Marx was all about revolution...what the heck do you think that meant???

2. Georges Eugène Sorel (2 November 1847 in Cherbourg – 29 August 1922 in Boulogne-sur-Seine) was a French philosopher and theorist of revolutionary syndicalism. His notion of the power of myth in people's lives inspired Marxists and Fascists, it is, together with his defense of violence, the contribution for which he is most often remembered. Georges Sorel - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

3. Historic review: every presidential assassin in the history of the United States has been a liberal- or has not been associated with a political outlook- none were right-wingers.

4. The Berkeley “Free Speech” movement kicked off the campus riots in 1964.

How about we simply call progressives/liberals/Democrats 'the violent's!'

Ya' know what...they'd probably sign on themselves if we have is a French kinda sound: how about "les violents"?

"les assassins"?

"les destroyers"?

Or, my fav...."l'imbéciles grands"!!!

I'm not all that concerned about the rights of OWS since their 'supporters' have more than enough money to attempt to litigate their issues.

Why they are using this process is telling. Media exploitative and telling.
