OUCH! Rasmussen, Obama -23, THAT'S GOTTA HURT!

Your lips to gd's ear. But I am not counting my chicken before the eggs are laid.

Lots of Felons & Illegals to be bussed in to vote for the Democrats on Election Day. So never ever underestimate the Democrats and their community organizers' ability to rig elections. Just look at what they did in Minnesota and how they stole that election for Franken. They will try this all over the country in November. All those Democrat votes have a habit of magically appearing at the last minute. Vote but stay vigilant. Pay attention to your polling place and what's going on. If you see something strange, don't be afraid to report it. Democrats are incredibly desperate and they will do anything. Don't let em steal any elections this November.

zombies too....from the zombie economy.

Yes,dead people seem to always vote Democrat too. Don't underestimate the community organizers. They are professionals at rigging elections. It's what they do. So vote but stay vigilant as well.

I may be mistaken, but if we held a coronation for the candidate with favorite status two and a half years before the election, the Big 0 would still be the Junior Senator from Illinios, Blago would still be the Governor, and Hillary would be president.

As terrifying as all that sounds, it would be preferable to what we have right now.

I'm curious...what do you base that statement on? And I'd also like to know why you have eliminated the possibility of an independent making a hard charge in '12.

I honestly don't know who will be the front runner for the republicans. Still too early in my opinion. I don't recall hearing Obama's name as a force to be dealt with in '06. Anyone else?

Even if Mitt was the best on the table, I think you'd be hard pressed to have many that were willing to keep a dem in office after what has happened in the past several months.

CNN Poll: GOP's midterm advantage is growing

By the CNN Wire Staff
STORY HIGHLIGHTS
*Republicans are gaining the upper hand as midterm elections approach
*Independent voters are increasingly prepared to vote for a GOP candidate
*Republicans and Democrats are equally unpopular

(CNN) -- With November's midterm elections less than two months away, a new national poll indicates that the Republicans' advantage over the Democrats in the battle for Congress is on the rise.

According to a CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey released Monday, the GOP leads the Democrats by 7 points on the "generic ballot" question, 52 percent to 45 percent. That 7-point advantage is up from a 3-point margin last month.

The generic ballot question asks respondents if they would vote for a Democrat or Republican in their congressional district, without naming any specific candidates.

"The survey indicates that independents and voters who dislike both parties are starting to break toward the GOP," says CNN Polling Director Keating Holland. "In a year when anger at incumbents is a dominant political force, the key to the election lies among those who aren't rooting for either side."

...
According to the poll, the two parties are equally unpopular. Forty-nine percent of all Americans have an unfavorable view of the Democrats, with the same percentage feeling the same way about the Republicans. Just over one in five questioned dislike both parties.

The real lesson to be learned is to the newly elected. People are paying attention and you defy the will of the many at your career peril.

I think we see people looking to the GOP because the GOP had a fracture leading up to the 2008 election. Ron Paul gave people a real third option for the first time and even though he didn't win we are seeing people running and winning primaries that have libertarian values. These Ron Paul Republicans if you will, would have stood no chance winning anything over the last 20-30 years, and now today winning is a reality.

While the Democrats were laughing their ass's off at the Republicans for having this breakdown of the party due to Bush proving to be nothing more than a Neocon (religious liberal), they didn't see that a restructuring was coming for the GOP

. The DNC is now starting and going through their breakdown. Many realize Obama is simply a more intense Bush and many new young voters who believed they were "making history" and "making a difference for change" now realize they were played a fool, they are laughed at for being possibly the most uneducated voters in the last 100 years of this country.

I’m 29 and when I was around 20 years old I thought I was a liberal. I never voted because I didn’t feel I really knew what I was talking about as I never looked anything up having to do with politics. I thought FDR was a “Pretty Amazing human being.” When I got past the “Democrats help people” and “Republicans are all white un-educated racists” cloud of blinding shit, I saw that small Government and personal responsibility is what literally this country was founded on… Freedom to make or break yourself, may times in 1 lifetime if necessary.

Democrats and Neocons are still playing the “Buy votes with entitlements” card but many are seeing the reality that soon it won’t be there no matter what a politician tells them. They are feeling for the first time in a long time that fear of being on their own and look at the situation as it is; if people keep sucking off the Government it will only be that much harder for them to succeed when the Government check is no longer accepted.

You guys do realize Mitt Romney is the best you have to offer?

We realize you have no fucking clue what you are talking about most the time.

Mitt? Holy shit man you wish...

Don't think the GOP nominee will be Mitt??

Give me a name....give me a name

You got nobody

Names: Christie, Pawlenty, and Daniels.

Any of them would make a far better President than Obama...and by 2012, the majority of the voters will choose experience and substance over fake styrofoam columns and bromides.

George Wallace
John Anderson
Ross Perot
Ralph Nader
Lyndon LaRouche
Cynthia McKinney

Want to name any other successful Independent candidates?

Mitt Romney outpolls them all by huge margins

Soooo, if you don't know who the person is years and years and YEAS ahead of time, they have no chance of becoming president?

Why would I even want to drop a name? elections are 2 fucking years out... Did you even know who Obama was 2 years before 2008? Was Obama even looked at by anyone alive as being a possible presidential candidate 2 years before he was elected?

Most people don’t even try and claim Obama will be running in 2 years… Well other than you and maybe a few other fanboyz.

Your logic is about as un-scientific and non logical as it get dude. But hey, anything to hate on a republican right?

Who was the last Republican nominee to come out of nowhere?

Conservatives don't select unknown candidates.....Democrats do

I can put up at least two new viable names. Chris Christie (NJ gov) and Sen. Scott Brown, Newt is a good debater, Mitt is the class of the class, Palin is eye-candy even w/o a boob-job and she drives the left absolutely crazy, I'm sure others will show up. The best part is any of them would win.

p.s. 2008 was McCain's turn (after Bush beat him out) 2012 is Mitt's turn.

I think both Christie and Scott Brown will lay low until 2016. They both need more seasoning and will not risk running against a powerful incumbent

Mitt Romney is still the best GOP candidate available in 2012

So if I find 1 republican president in history to come out of nowhere you will never post on any political boards for the rest of you life for being full of shit right?

Powerful incumbent??? Who the fuck is that?

The GOP could put up Palin or Rush and still win in 2012. Barry is in wayyyy over his head, its obvious. He was stuck in "ideological mode" from the start and never met with reality. "energy prices necessarily need to skyrocket" is an example....there are many others, like UHC when the EU just proved that it doesn't work, etc. etc. etc.

I really do think that Obama was so arrogant, he thought he could shove his radical agenda down our throats and we would finally acquiesce to his "brilliance" and accept European style socialism.

Instead, there is a huge backlash brewing. Democrats see it. Obama avoids it by going on constant vacations.

Here is another reminder liberals.

November is coming!

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:
Everything's temporary.

Remember how there was "no way he was gonna beat the Clintons", for the Dem Presidential-nomination.....and, how the case for the WMDs was a "slam-dunk".....and, how successful Lil' Dumbya was gonna be....because he had an MBA, and was gonna "run the Country like a business".

Face facts.....you "conservatives" are scared, shitless.....'cause you've been "here", before.

I'm sorry you are worg about a Rush/Palin ticket. I'd vote Obama before I would let that shit slide.
