one big con of this.....as guardian of my mother and her estate.....i see the cash flow....going out monthly....by the time i pay the living asst place and the aide place.....its over 10 k a month....i am lucky my mother's estate has the money to do this...very lucky....and my mother is very lucky that money does not have the hold on me that it did on her...so you got the money factor...then the time and energy factor...i cant tell you how many times i have simply changed plans...left early...came late...didnt show at all....cause i was/am dealing with mom issues...shit you cant change nor improve but it will suck up your time and energy....so yea people are gonna off their mom and dads so they can a: keep the cash b: have a life....sadly i have said its like having a smelly little alien in my mom's body....
