order for oklahoma officers to get job after shooting black man

it has to be proven first. you act like they already found guilty. typical.
The jury verdict will be the deciding factor, but face it, this thread is about whether the cops which are indicted on 1st degree manslaughter in the state of Oklahoma should get their jobs back, even before the trial, due to some unelected random arbiter. I have nothing against them, but there is no way, I would put them on the street while awaiting trial for the charges. If something happened with them before the trial, the city would get the crap sued out of it, though the arbiter's hands and responsibility would be clean. The city gets 100% of the liability. I would wait and if cleared pay back pay to the date of the killing. Of course if the State of Oklahoma, would like to indemnify that town for any possibly amount, I'd say fine. We don't have that arbiter thing here. It would be up to the city, as they are the entity responsible for their actions.
