I agree with you if they broke the law then yes prosecute them for the crime but do not prosecute or harass some one for belonging to a group or attending a protest those are rights protected by the constitution. We had the experience of here in the United States of belonging to a group or just knowing someone belonging to a group would ruin your life ,it was called McCarthyism.How about if they attend a riot and FAILED insurrection?
