Unless the writer of the letter has a medical degree and knows how to determine if someone is suffering from PTSD and has examined Track Palin then his opinion on the subject has no more merit than mine or anyone else's. The same way you and I don't read Palin as saying she is excusing or trying to blame PTSD lightly for anything someone does.

Whatever you are reading into this that is upsetting you,

She touches on sensitive issues, I agree with you she would know more about where
her son has been coming from, and is going to be with him all the way through.

My mom tried to save them. We got them back to Waterdown Ontario. In the end with my fathers input my friends knew they had to serve and Doug and Arthur went off to fight. Arthur came home ok. Doug didn't.

People don't talk rationally about PTSD. You can't You just cant. So I'm not going to slam Sarah for her take on her son. Because to this day I still still cry for my friend. His name is Doug.

I think they both spoke very well from their personal experience
so these do not contradict each other.

The issue is PTSD and they are both right in my eyes, they are both dealing with it in a positive environment
that allows for correction and healing.
