NPR: Former CIA Director: No One Told Me Not To Tell Congress
Panetta and the NYT better have their ducks in a row. So far we have a flesh and blood Hayden on the record vs. "two (unnamed) people with direct knowledge".

Well, imagine that. But this IS NPR and as such, not really trust worthy.

Do we have a direct quote from Hayden?

Well, if Elmer Fudd is right, then the Times should be held accountable. Until I read it on FOX, I won't believe it. Fair and Balanced....LOL

Or since Hayden never did brief Congress, he's falling on his sword to protect Cheney.

    1. Then why wasn't Congress briefed?

    2. Doesn't this story prove NPR is fair and balanced? Just the fact they ran this story should tell you something. They report both sides. Maybe if you'd listen you would know that. And maybe you need to start hearing both sides so you aren't a brainwashed hack?

    3. So anything negative about the GOP, no matter how important or true, makes the media liberal and irrelivent? No wonder Bush got away with everything he did. Any bad news was just written off as liberal drivel. If only you guys were as clever running the government.
