What do you guys think?! I asked with all the altercations and evidence and interactions expired, if there Was a case between me and said witness, and there wasn't, and the Chief Investigator for my town's police department sends very formally, I won't be wasting their time with Any sort of illegal Online activity, leaving me free to give the said plaintiffs, any support they need in a quest to Not call cops or waste any police time! What you think?! There is no case at the time of all evidence , facts, or offline activity, and they will not be bothered in the strongest urgency, for suggestive online posting. Scott free in terms of any sort of required usage of internet with any required liberal usage of terminology or media , in regards to the case that's not open, and that won't waste police time.

I have viewed the link you forwarded as well as the local listings on Craigslist and I would agree the listings don’t leave much to the imagination as to what service is being offered. The internet has posed somewhat of a problem to law enforcement in situations such as this because it changes the circumstances of when we consider an act to be legal or illegal. For instance, you can gamble from your computer at an internet casino site from your home in Alabama because the gambling is not considered to be taking place at your home, but rather at the internet casino which is physically located in a state or country where gambling is legal. However you can’t gamble at a casino in Alabama because such establishments are not allowed by law. The same holds true for prostitution and pornography. The transaction for the service or product you purchase is considered to have been made at the point of origin. Unless otherwise provided for by law, we as state and local law enforcement officers are limited by our jurisdictional powers to have law enforcement authority only over matters that occur within our respective jurisdictions. In most cases law enforcement authority rests with the agency in the jurisdiction of where the solicitation and/or crime occurred.
We found a few listings that are VERY suggestive but none that explicitly mention monetary compensation for sex or the promotion of prostitution, which is required under Alabama law. Also there is no mention of this is occurring and/or originating in Madison specifically. And a person of even limited intelligence would be careful not to mention this if they wanted to avoid scrutiny from law enforcement. Of course we suspect it’s going on and we would be derelict to think otherwise, but to prove it and prove its happening in Madison requires much more than suspicion. Currently we lack the necessary personnel resources required to consistently monitor the internet and set up sting operations on an ongoing basis. Therefore we are limited in our enforcement to those instances we become aware of either through our own investigations or through reports from concerned citizens, such as yourself, of events that are actually and physically taking place in Madison. We have consistently enforced laws regarding prostitution and I assure you we will continue to do so in the future. We do not consider this a trivial matter but we are constrained at this time to deal with this issue on a case by case basis just as we do with every other case we receive.
I appreciate you bringing this information to our attention as we will monitor this website and mine data that may be used in future investigations should we find these individuals soliciting from or conducting their business in the City of Madison. I would also encourage you to continue reporting information of this, or any other criminal activity, you may witness or become aware of because I believe no law enforcement agency can be effective without the cooperation and participation of the citizens which it serves.

We repeated there are no altercations to discuss, no case , my name, and person, and I feel very confident my internet usage or how others wish me to use the internet is not reasonable suspicion to have bothered any sort of law enforcement. I have no internet presence that conflicts with anyone else's needs for my internet interaction, and I'm confident in forthrightness of anyone's offline trust with myself, definitely won't have to curb stomp traitors from 10 years ago. Needing to interact then with an internet place of no esteem of anyone around ,definitely work related to spin word webs back at contractually obligated yet negligent college perpetrators, was an affective requirement. They teach it in business ethics, make a situation that fulfills original obligations of understandings where a 2nd understanding on your part doesn't have to be met. The College was settled with automatic masters accountancy acceptance scores and sent me to look into some sort of dispute I was unaware of which will meet family and personal expectations when this online forum helps me get it settled. Certainly isn't one scenario of any minute to have thought better and done better and within respect for everybody involved.
