    Ted Olson is one of our nation's finest minds, especially among conservatives. I just hope the general politicos heed the caution in his timely, realistic look at what's going on in this country's courts.

    I don't understand why certain judges should not face scrutiny for thier actions. Are they immune to the same spotlight that shines on the rest of our government officials ? Maybe the President and Congress should deserve this same respect?--- Never happen.
    Just because they wear robes and appointed does not exclude them from public scrutiny---they are only 1/3 of our goverment and they are all replaceable.
