Sadness is a remedial illness that causes unvarying stance of sorrow, loss of deliberation, hopelessness and breakdown. So many individual might comprehend or go through the early indications of this trouble however usually do not inform their relatives and doctors since they do not feel uncomfortable.

Long time of despair may perhaps give rise to a few critical health related disorders like heart disease, osteoporosis, polygenic disease and tumor. Research states that despair can also be a contributory feature in obesity.

The linkage between despair and obesity is like a challenge. A small number of researchers at variance that citizens who go through as of obesity turn out to be sad for the reason that obesity cause them to have a deprived confidence. Obesity too may perhaps give rise to heart related disorder, hypertension and polygenic disorder

Of course fat people are sad. But being sad because you are a fatass is not a medical ailment. It is a condition that is easily solved by not stuffing your face so much, The pounds melt away and happiness ensues.

It would be nice if the human psyche were that simple. But it isn't. There are many facets to most things in life.

There are a lot of depressed people who gain weight because they are on medications that alter their metabolism and/or appetite to an extent that they gain weight. In many cases, their provider does not educate them that this will happen and 50 pounds later the patient, who has put forth no effort to prevent it, now has a new problem to contend with.

depression and obesity is closely related - that has been known for years.

one has to remember that adipose tissue has pretty high hormonal activity and that causes a lot of metabolic disturbances as well.

All emotions are felt after we've made the subconcious decision to feel them. We learn how different things are supposed to feel and then summon those thoughts following a triggering event to experience them as we've learned to. Problem is, emotions are the direct result of specific neural chemicals being produced by our brain, and consequently we can become addicted to those chemicals. Angry people experience anger much of the time (and get known as 'angry people,') happy people are often happy, sad are sad, etc. Reason being they're addicted to those emotional states.

Since obesity is a gradual onset problem, once a person realizes they're obese, if they choose to feel sad for it, since gaining weight is far easier than loosing it, chances are they'll be feeling sadness from then on as they realize this. But obesity itself doesn't cause sadness as African cultures who value 'fat' see it as a positive thing. They've been conditioned to desire and feel positively about it, proving how what we feel about something is a learned behaviour.

In our superficial culture rife with dozens of major sociological problems, we've conditioned ourselves to feel negatively about obesity as per terms like "the obesity epidemic." Right or wrong, it defines our culture and how people will feel about it. But we can choose instead to disregard superficiality and instead view each other like we would if (and only if this appeals to you, as it does me) this were the Star Trek universe and people who deviate from what we as a culture value are members of alien races. So instead of judging everyone by our own standards we accept our way and culture is not the only way, nor is what we value objectively correct as others might be okay too.

That was touching. Should be on a Hallmark card.

I'm sure that being overweight increases one's risk of depression, but that does not mean that all overweight people are suffering from depression or that they cannot be happy. I do believe that the healthier you are, the more likely it is that you will be happy.
