Obama didn't sign the War Powers Acts.
Until they're taken to the Supreme Court, he did nothing "unconsitiutional", he's following the letter of the law.
So a President doesn't have to follow any law he didn't personally sign? Is that really what you're saying?
That is a completely new interpretation of law, one that has never been set out anywhere before in history. On the other hand, I wouldn't mind forcing congress to go back and repass any law they want to keep in effect every time there is a new president, it would keep them from passing stuff like Obamacare.
