Obamas EPA to start regulating "DUST" and you lefties say he isnt over regulating

Controlling the dust is one if the final steps in Obamas communist control and power grab. You need to wake up people! Don't you realize that household dust is made up of human skin cells. If Obama controls the dust, he controls humans. We need to fight back now before he controls the rest of our bodies!

This administration and the direction they're sending the EPA in is obsurd. Next thing you know they will try to regulate mother nature. Oh, wait..... That's what this is.

No rain = dust = fines for farmers.

EPA to Crack Down on Farm Dust - News9.com - Oklahoma City, OK - News, Weather, Video and Sports |

OKLAHOMA CITY -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is considering a crackdown on farm dust, so senators have signed a letter addressing their concerns on the possible regulations.

The letter dated July 23 to the EPA states, "If approved, would establish the most stringent and unparalleled regulation of dust in our nation's history." It further states, "We respect efforts for a clean and healthy environment, but not at the expense of common sense. These identified levels will be extremely burdensome for farmers and livestock producers to attain. Whether its livestock kicking up dust, soybeans being combined on a dry day in the fall, or driving a car down the gravel road, dust is a naturally occurring event."

Juses krist, the faggotry of the law goes beyond absurd.

How do these fucking people sleep at night knowing they will be kicking a farmer when he's down?

hooray for central planning tyranny, hooray hooray

Regulatory agencies have seen their combined budgets grow a healthy 16% since 2008, topping $54 billion, according to the annual “Regulator’s Budget,” compiled by George Washington University and Washington University in St. Louis.

That’s at a time when the overall economy grew a paltry 5%.

Meanwhile, employment at these agencies has climbed 13% since Obama took office to more than 281,000, while private-sector jobs shrank by 5.6%.

Imagine the abbreviations on those jackets.

Their going after Colo. oil exploration in the Rockies too. Citing that dust would effect rare endangered flowers from the trucks that would drive by from the oil fields.
I know for a fact that one of those flowers they showed is a weed for crying out loud.
How do I know? Because I grew up in Colo. and that little one they showed on the news is a weed. It grows wild all over the state.
EPA is way out of control and congress needs to do something about it when they get back.
We all need to call them up when they do come back and force them to get this agency under control.
