Example number a Brazilian and one that the Left will never stop trying to control speech.
That is a disparaging reference to the president of the United States. Its meant as a disparaging reference to the president of the United States. It is clearly against the House rules against that.

To this day, I have yet to hear a coherent explanation of why ObamaCare is any more or less derogatory than Bush tax cuts or Reaganomics. Yes, granted, the terms typically used by the laws critics, but so what? Reaganomics has been used by liberals to try to draw a distinction between Reagans policies and sound economic theory, but the term itself is perfectly polite.
