Greatest thread ever.
This is what happens when the office of the president has been usurped by a ineligible person. The founders warned us of such a possibility and that is why they suggested nothing but a natural born citizen be commander of the american armies with only sole allegiance to the U.S. Obama is trampling the Constitution.
Everyone, left, right and center, should find this troublesome...
This isn't the first time, nor will it be the last when an administration's interpretation of the War Powers Act differs with congressional interpretation. The Supreme Court will never hear the case. Even if a court ruled against the administration, Congress would be very unlikely to end US participation.

I hope there's a BIPARTISAN call for IMPEACHMENT.

Much ado about nothing.
Well then,, Congress don't need to fund his fucking war now do they? Newp. They hold the purse strings. Yep.

Correct. Presidents since Truman have done this.
And in a broader context, this is the consequence of Congress abdicating its Constitutionally mandated authority to alone declare war. Congress has only itself to blame; any Executive would take this gift and never give it back. This is the result of Congress cowardice.
Since the courts refuse to get involved in an intra-branch squabble, therell be no determination as to the legality of the Executives actions.

Not so sure about that this time around. Many of the Tea Party Republicans are very radical.
And, unknowingly, they may aid those who feel that there needs to be a more responsible process for this country in terms of conducting a good methodolgy for assessing when force is to be used.
