So, Obama has DECREED that people whose plans have been cancelled are exempt from the individual mandate...and can enroll in high deductible catastrophic plans (which were some of the substandard plans used to justify ObamaCare).

In other words: NEVERMIND!

And, the insurance companies will get a bail out.

So, how we've spent billions and billions on a capricious whim.
