The Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) maintains a list of "specially designated countries" (SDCs) that "have shown a tendency to promote, produce or protect terrorist organizations or their members." The folks from these nations get special scrutiny when they enter the U.S.

Yes. Lots of sites reporting this other than Morris. But, that's sort of what I was thinking/hoping. That's why I am looking on the ICE site for this SDC list. I can't find it. I went to the State site and saw totally appropriate list of states who sponsor terrorism.

Still looking, though.

As an aside, I am STUNNED at the areas of responsibility that ICE now has. Spooky.
