ABC’s Christiane Amanpour Said President Obama’s Speech Was “Reagan-esque” in its Optimism and “Full of Kennedy-esque Encouragement to Break a New Frontier.”
Yesterday, Rush Limbaugh talked about all the Reagan-esque and Kennedy-esque comments the media has been tossing around. He posited that these remarks are more "clinton-esque with the media playing the part of Monica Lewinsky".

And right up to the part where Obama goes "Hooveresque" with the economy!

How so? You don't seem to have much of a grasp of history. Hoover didn't want to do anything. If anything, Obama is the anti-Hoover.

Had FDR followed Hoover's path, the recession would have been over in a couple years. In stead his obama-esque policies gave us a full fledged depression that lasted about 5 years longer than if Hoover had been reelected.

You have no way of knowing that, especially since the one thing Hoover did do was to increase tariffs worsening the global trade picture. On the other hand the DOW is going up now under Obama, which it didn't do under Hoover.

Please try to squeeze one fact in next time. That was one of the dumbest things you ever posted, showing COMPLETE ignorance of Hoover

Obviously, "Obama-esque" isn't cutting the mustard.
