The chief counsel’s office for the Internal Revenue Service, headed by a political appointee of President Obama, helped develop the agency’s problematic guidelines for reviewing “tea party” cases, according to a top IRS attorney.

In interviews with congressional investigators, IRS lawyer Carter Hull said his superiors told him that the chief counsel’s office, led by William Wilkins, would need to review applications that the agency had screened for additional scrutiny because of potential political activity.

Previous accounts from IRS employees had shown that Washington IRS officials were involved in the controversy, but Hull’s comments represent the closest connection to the White House to date."

Obama met with Wilkens two days before Wilkens began writing a new set of more onerous questions for the Tea Party 501 C applicants. Gettin' close to the time for 'Bam to call up his Brownshirt Army, his Occupy troops, to start settin the cities ablaze in the wake of the Trayvon Martin decision and take the folks attention away from his illegal, illicit and exquisitely corrupt rigging of the 2012 election process. Callin' out the occupiers is likely 'Bams way of signaling Sharpton to start the killing of the whites. You really didn't think 'Bams "It coulda been me 35 years ago" speech one day in advance of Sharptons 100 city "Stand up for Trayvon" rallies was a coincidence, do you? This is all a coordinated charade with Sharpton and MSNBC to initiate a wave of civil unrest aimed at toppling the US Government, after all, 'Bam's first mentor, Frank Marshall Davis was a strident proponent of bringing the US Government down.
