    A 'rouge' Executive Branch, huh? The the Executive Branch is French for red? Or maybe it's an archaic word for blush makeup. (psst! It's 'rogue,' just another one of my pet peeves, being a gamer and all)

    Had to laugh when I read your post, dmp. Just a few days ago I read a column wherein the writer stated his opinion that if the NYT management team were ever able to get their hands on the nuclear codes, they would publish them for all the world to see. Couldn't agree more.
