He had every right to ask why he was being arrested seeing as how he broke no laws. Interesting how conservatives support the same kind of heavy handed police state tactics that Communist and despotic regimes do.
Or they, unlike libtards, are willing for the facts to come out first.

Unless it's Cliven Bundy, right? Then militia members go there to defend the man despite the fact he actually was breaking the law and everyone knew it.

Oh, by the way, there's this little tidbit:

Hernandez, who is out on parole after serving six years in prison for a gang assault when he was 14,

Bronx man claims police brutality beating caught on video theGrio

There are many conditions to parole.

Getting your ass randomly kicked by a pack of cops isn't one of them.

Not condoning what the cops did, but this guy is no angel.

He was on parole for a crime he committed when he was 14 - 9 years before the cops beat the shit out of him.

Karma's a bitch.

Maybe the cops need to think about that.

Was the guy here illegally?
Most people with Spanish surnames living in the NYC metro area are of Cuban, Puerto Rican or South American descent.
Puerto Ricans are US Citizens. Not many from Ecuador, Bolivia, Colombia or Venezuela are going to be here illegally.
