A judges OPINION is not fact and does not supersede the US constitution nor the 2nd amendment to the Constitution specifically the part that says SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. Granted we need to clean the language up make it a little more modern something like NO GUN LAW IS LEGAL IF IT IN ANYWAY TAKES AWAY FROM ANY PERSONS RIGHT TO OWN,OPERATE,HAVE CONTROL OF ANY WEAPON. Oh and it should also ban cities,counties,and states from making their own laws on guns as well.

Federal courts don't "supersede", they interpret and rule on federal issues including the constitutionality of gun laws.

The law is constitutional. Period.
