NPR report: Obamacare Silver plan NOT affordable

$4000 dollar deductibles, co-pays out the wazoo, Premium hikes say it isn't so! Surely this has to be some Right Wing smear campaign... oh wait it's NPR! That sounds like Richard Seigel. I don't think he is a Tea Bagger is he? Help me out Libs, does NPR have it all wrong on Obamacare?
