    i can not be the only one up at this hour of the morning! its only 230! i guess 330 for some of you others...but still.

    You can take Melatonin, it's a natural hormone produced by the body. Non-habitforming and doesn't leave you hung over like the prescription drugs or benadryl. If you get any buy it at WalMarts cause it's cheaper there, can get a bottle of like 250 tablets for around $5. Be sure and get the 3mg and NOT the o.3 mg(3mcg) though.
    It's well worh the try.

    unless its in a liquid form i dont take it. something abotu pills that i cant take them. makes me want to puke

    i dont eat that nasty shit either...lol
    my diet is chocolate, coffee, and smokes
    probably why im so fucked up
