North Korea fires shots towards south violating 1953 armistice while trying to stop defector.

The defector has a host of health issues which reflect the true shape of the regime. The soldier has parasites, TB, hepatitis B.

The armistice being violated is a moot point. I just hope the NK soilder has no close family for NK to torcher.
