i think that the orbiting satelites are high enough , and with a POSSIBLE small nuke , who knows . I don't know but as i said , Woolsey is the guy that mentioned the possibility .

Woolsey was a former head spook at the CIA. They put those satellites up just recently. They are no bigger than a fart in a hurricane.
